Onwards HR is going all-in at HR Tech Conference

Taking notes

Onwards HR hopes that not all of what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. After more than a year of virtual events, Onwards HR is traveling to Mandalay Bay for the 2021 HR Technology Conference, September 28-October 1. To add to the excitement, Onwards HR CEO and Co-Founder Sarah Rodehorst is kicking off the first day of the conference on a panel about Retaining Women in the Workforce.

Research shows that the more women in an organization (especially in management), the stronger its financial performance. Plus, gender diversity is key to gaining attention from lawmakers and investors. The pandemic has had a significant impact on women, dropping the labor force participation rate to its lowest since 1988. Now, how can we best move forward? The panel will cover topics like traditional and next-gen benefits, flexible labor models, and how data can uncover problems before qualified women exit the organization.

Onwards HR will be in the startup pavilion (located at Booth 514), showcasing our data-driven separation platform, which automates severance while mitigating human capital risk. Our solution helps analyze severance events for compliance with the WARN Act, Mini-WARNs, ADEA, ADA, and Title VII, so you know you have the information you need to make well-informed decisions. Even better, perhaps cleaner data will result in greater retention of women. (See what we did there?)

We hope to see you at the HR Tech Conference. There’s still plenty of time to register, and Early Bird pricing is available through the end of July. Mark your calendar for the women’s discussion, and, regardless, we hope you’ll stop by the startup pavilion to chat; we’ll be at kiosk 514BF!
