Onwards HR selected for prestigious Engage Launch Program

The offboarding compliance platform was one of only eight innovative companies selected for the program

March 26, 2024—Onwards HR, an offboarding compliance platform, was selected as one of eight companies who will comprise the thirteenth cohort of the Engage Launch Program.

The program is designed to enable emerging companies to work with some of the world’s most influential corporations, helping establish the Southeast as a leading innovation hub.

Onwards HR launched its first separation compliance product in 2019, and quickly gained industry recognition. In 2021, the company won first place in the HR Technology Conference & Exposition Pitchfest competition. Onwards HR was also selected for Techstars & J.P. Morgan's Founder Catalyst Program, as well as the SAP.iO Future of Work Accelerator program. In the last six months, Onwards HR has been lauded as a top company to watch by Nucleus Research and Atlanta Inno.
