Onwards HR Releases 2026 Workforce Transition Benchmark Report

October 7, 2026 — New research from Onwards HR, conducted in partnership with SHRM, finds that 94% of organizations surveyed have not reached a fully automated or fully integrated offboarding process. The 2026 Workforce Transition Benchmark Report examines how organizations manage employee separations, severance and compliance as workforce restructuring becomes more frequent and complex.
